Helping patients achieve more beautiful skin through individualized care

Cassie recognized her passion for skin care early in her career, even before attending PA school, and she is experienced in the fields of aesthetic medicine and dermatology. She loves the opportunity to educate each individual patient on the best combination of skin care and cosmetic procedures to achieve their desired results. Her ultimate goal is to work with each patient to create the best versions of themselves, while maintaining a natural and well-rested appearance.

“I find joy and satisfaction in helping my patients feel more confident through aesthetic procedures… I believe this improved confidence allows people to live more fulfilling lives, both personally and professionally.”
—Cassie Petrilla Kenny, PA-C

Cassie is a Fort Worth native, and throughout her years of education in Oklahoma and Dallas, she always knew she would return home to Fort Worth. She is married to a local middle school assistant principal. In her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and watching college football.
