The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. You’ll perform advanced skin analysis and deliver proven treatments while building meaningful relationships with our patients and contributing to our thriving, growth-oriented culture.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide skin analysis with expert confidence and proper expectations
- Perform hydrafacials, peels, skinpen, & various device based treatments
- Work alongside top-tier providers including PAs, RNs, an amazing front office staff, and a board-certified plastic surgeon
- Support and participate in exciting marketing, education, and social media initiatives that showcase your expertise and our brand
- Collaborate with a results-driven team that values innovation, communication, and continuing education
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Aesthetician in the State of Texas (required)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic medical practice with objective results
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare protocols and post-procedure care
- Comfortable performing and discussing aesthetic treatments with confidence and professionalism
- A passion for continued learning, teamwork, and excellence
- ZO Skincare Expert a plus!

At Kirby Plastic Surgery and Kalos Medical Spa, you’ll join a high-performing team at one of Fort Worth’s top luxury aesthetic practices. You’ll help us grow our community — not only by creating great content, but by personally engaging with followers in comments and DMs to build real relationships that lead to booked appointments.
This is an on-site, hands-on role where creativity meets communication. You’ll work closely with our providers, leadership, and marketing partners to bring the brand to life and make every online interaction feel like a luxury in-office experience.
What You’ll Do
▪️Create, post, and engage daily on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — capturing authentic patient stories and behind-the-scenes content.
▪️Initiate and respond to DMs with warmth and professionalism — turning questions into consultations and followers into loyal patients.
▪️Engage actively in comments, tags, and local accounts to grow reach and strengthen relationships in the Fort Worth community.
▪️Manage email marketing campaigns and patient re-engagement workflows
▪️Partner with our external marketing team on strategy while executing the day-to-day storytelling and engagement.
▪️Capture and edit short-form videos that spark curiosity and conversation.
▪️Monitor performance, track what drives real results, and share insights with the team weekly.
What You Bring
▪️1–3 years of social media or marketing experience (aesthetics, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
▪️Confidence and comfort engaging with people online — you love talking to followers, answering questions, and nurturing leads
▪️Strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and brand alignment
▪️Proficiency with editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite
▪️Great writing skills and natural conversational tone
▪️Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented — you want to learn what makes engagement convert
