EmSculpt Neo in Fort Worth

Build the muscle your effort has earned
Four 30-minute sessions, with no surgery, no needles, and no downtime.
Training hard does not always show the definition you deserve. The body sets a natural limit on how much muscle it will fire at once, no matter how consistent your routine is. EmSculpt Neo removes that limit, driving the abdominal, thigh, or glute muscles through thousands of supramaximal contractions in a single session, an intensity that a workout on its own cannot reach.
Every plan begins with a real evaluation supervised by Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Emily J. Kirby, so your treatment is matched to your body and your goals from the first visit.

What Is EmSculpt Neo?
EmSculpt Neo pairs HIFEM+ (high-intensity focused electromagnetic) muscle stimulation with radiofrequency energy in a single applicator. The device is FDA-cleared for the strengthening, toning, and firming of abdominal, thigh, and gluteal muscles. For the abdomen and thighs specifically, it is also cleared to support fat reduction and a reduction in circumference.
Muscle is the headline of this treatment. Where fat reduction is part of the picture, in the abdomen and thighs only, it is best described as added definition and refinement, rather than fat loss, since visible results still depend on your starting body composition. A consultation with our team will set realistic expectations for your specific goals.
Sessions run about 30 minutes with no need for numbing and very little preparation. Multiple areas can be addressed in the same visit, and there is no post-treatment downtime, so you can return to your normal day right after treatment.
EmSculpt Neo combines muscle building and radiofrequency skin tightening in one FDA-cleared device.
Why Choose Kalos Medical Spa
Owning an Emsculpt Neo device is not the same as understanding how to use it well, for the right patients. Results depend on correct applicator placement, the right intensity for each patient, and a treatment plan built around your body and your goals.
At Kalos Medical Spa, our team of Physician Assistants complete ongoing training and certification in non-surgical body contouring technologies, and every treatment plan is developed under the oversight of Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Emily J. Kirby. Dr. Kirby works directly with our team to help you choose the right treatment, or combination of treatments, for what you want to achieve, all within the comfort and privacy of our Fort Worth medical facility.
Areas We Treat
Abdomen
EmSculpt Neo strengthens, tones, and firms the abdominal muscles, building a firmer midsection over a course of treatment. Definition from the secondary fat-melting effect is a bonus for patients who are already close to their goal, not a substitute for weight loss.
Thighs
The same muscle strengthening and toning applies to the thighs, with a light slimming effect from mild fat reduction.
Glutes
EmSculpt Neo strengthens, tones, and firms the gluteal muscles. This is a muscle-only use in our practice; fat reduction is not part of the glute treatment. The goal is stronger, more defined gluteal muscles, rather than a change in size or shape.
What a Session Feels Like
During a session, the applicator stimulates rapid muscle contractions well beyond what any voluntary exercise can produce, alongside radiofrequency energy. Most patients describe the sensation of a focused, intense workout, and there is no recovery time needed afterward. A full course is four 30-minute sessions, typically scheduled about a week apart, with maintenance visits as needed to help sustain your results over time.
You can return to your normal routine right after treatment. Some patients notice mild soreness in the treated area for a day or two, similar to how muscles feel after an intense workout. Staying hydrated and keeping up with a balanced diet in the days following treatment can help you feel your best as your body adjusts.

Who Is a Candidate
EmSculpt Neo fits a range of goals. You may benefit if:
- You train consistently and want to add definition beyond where your workouts alone have taken you.
- You are looking for a way to get started toning muscle without downtime.
- You have an event or trip coming up and want to look just right in that outfit.
- You are working to rebuild core strength after pregnancy.
For postpartum patients, EmSculpt Neo strengthens and firms the abdominal muscles that are weakened after pregnancy. It is important to understand what it does not do: it does not close a separation between the abdominal muscles, known as diastasis recti. Only tummy tuck surgery can bring separated muscles back together. Emsculpt can help strengthen the muscles before and after abdominoplasty surgery. During your consultation, our team will screen for any degree of separation, and if it is more than mild, we will refer you for a surgical evaluation with Dr. Kirby, if desired.
In your consultation, your medical history is reviewed to confirm you don’t have any conditions that would not allow you to have treatment, such as pacemakers or metal implants near the treatment area, pregnancy or nursing, hernia or recent surgery in the area, a history of cancer in the area, uncontrolled endocrine or seizure disorders, and active infection.
EmSculpt Neo and GLP-1 Medications
Keep the muscle you are working to preserve
Patients using GLP-1 medications often lose muscle mass along with fat as the number on the scale drops. EmSculpt Neo is a way to actively rebuild and strengthen that muscle during and after a GLP-1 program, supporting a more defined result rather than just a smaller one. This pairing is about muscle, not about weight change itself. If you are on a GLP-1 program with us, ask your provider whether adding EmSculpt Neo sessions makes sense for your plan.
Combining EmSculpt Neo with CoolSculpting
Muscle and fat reduction, addressed together
EmSculpt Neo and CoolSculpting address different parts of the same goal. CoolSculpting reduces stubborn fat cells in areas that resist diet and exercise. EmSculpt Neo strengthens and firms the muscle underneath. Used together, the combination addresses both the fat layer and the muscle tone beneath it in a single treatment plan.
Because Dr. Kirby and our team offer both treatments at Kalos Medical Spa, your consultation can address the full picture from the start. Our team reviews your goals, your treatment areas, and your timeline, then we can prescribe a sequence of CoolSculpting and EmSculpt Neo sessions in an order that fits your body and your schedule.
If you are still weighing the two, our blog post comparing EmSculpt and CoolSculpting walks through how each technology works and which one tends to fit which goals.
Combining EmSculpt Neo with Liposuction
Surgical contouring and non-surgical muscle building, planned together
Liposuction removes fat volume directly and reshapes the treatment area in a single procedure, performed by Dr. Kirby. EmSculpt Neo builds and strengthens the muscle layer beneath. Patients who have already had liposuction, or who are planning it, can use EmSculpt Neo to help define the muscle beneath the newly contoured area once they are fully healed.
This is where being part of Kirby Plastic Surgery matters most. Dr. Kirby is a board-certified plastic surgeon who performs liposuction and oversees the medical spa, so the same physician is involved in both sides of your plan. Rather than coordinating between a surgical office and a separate med spa, you can discuss liposuction, EmSculpt Neo, and how the two fit together, all in one consultation, with Dr. Kirby directing your care.
