The “Nefertiti Lift” is an advanced Botox® technique that achieves a subtle lifting effect for the neck and jawline with no downtime. How a Nefertiti Lift works
The Nefertiti Lift uses targeted Botox, Dysport®, or Daxxify® injections to relax the platysma (the thin bands of muscle running down either side of the neck). When this muscle pulls downward, it can contribute to jowling and a less-defined jawline. This treatment relaxes this muscle and allows the upward-pulling facial muscles to work more effectively, subtly lifting and smoothing the lower face and neck.
What results can I expect?
This technique can provide a refined jawline and a smoother neck, especially when you start to notice early signs of aging. Full results typically appear within 10 to 14 days and last about 3 to 4 months, similar to other tox-treated areas. Nefertiti Lift results are subtle and natural-looking, and can be maintained with regular maintenance injections.

How is a Nefertiti Lift performed?
The skilled injectors at our Fort Worth medical spa carefully place Botox along the platysmal bands in the neck and at points along the jawline. Most patients receive a series of small injections, which may include 4 to 7 sites per side. The treatment is quick, with minimal discomfort, and typically takes less than 30 minutes.
Who is a good candidate?
Ideal candidates for a Nefertiti Lift have mild-to-moderate skin laxity and good underlying skin quality. We recommend this treatment option to those who are beginning to see sagging in the jawline or neck area, but who are not yet ready for surgical options.

Is there downtime?
There is little to no downtime with the Nefertiti Lift. You may experience slight redness or swelling at the injection sites, but this typically resolves within a few hours. Most patients return to work or daily activities immediately after treatment. As with all Botox injections, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and avoiding massage of the treated area for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
Can the Nefertiti Lift be combined with other treatments?
Absolutely. We often combine this treatment with skin rejuvenation procedures that build collagen and tighten the skin, such as Ultherapy, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, and CO₂ laser skin resurfacing. RF microneedling and laser treatments are also excellent for removing age spots and discoloration from the thinner skin of the neck, and boosting skin resilience for more confident aging.
Additionally, patients with submental fullness (double chin) may consider adding a CoolSculpting® CoolMini treatment for double chin reduction.
